Ms. B’s Closes Both Locations

Brenda and Billy McGowan are two of my favorite restaurateurs in Austin. They could whip up some serious Cajun delights in their respective restaurants. But now both are gone. The newer location, on East 11th St. ran afoul with the city and their new “economic stimulus program” and the other location at Mesa and Spicewood was hurt by that as well. These two will be sorely missed by lovers of Cajun fare. I wish them the best.
