Anxiously Waiting for Wu Chow

Got a lot of emails after my comment that Wu Chow, C.K. Chin’s new downtown restaurant is still not quite ready to open.
Sadly, not an unfamiliar story in the restaurant business.

Why? Construction delays, city red tape and all the usual crap. But C.K. has assured us that he is getting very close. I for one have been looking forward to this place. We’ll let you know right here when the big day finally comes!
