Barley Swine Opens on South Lamar

Bryce Gilmore has made the transition from trailer to brick and mortar. The originator of the wildy popular Odd Duck trailer on South Lamar has incorporated his passion for suds and pork into the newly opened gastropub Barley Swine, at 2024 South Lamar.

The restaurant blends a diverse array of Gilmore’s favorites from foie gras to pork bellies and potato fritters. This place is generating tremendous buzz and the waits have been generally over an hour. But all the feedback from diningoutwithrobbalon.com readers has been great!
