Counter Culture Opens on Cesar Chavez

Good news for local vegetarians! Counter Culture has opened at 2337 E. Cesar Chavez, and it features a full array of interesting choices. Items range from a daily quiche to lentil loaf and a wonderful Sesame Seitan (you will swear this is chicken but it’s not).

You can also order a Spicy Raw Pad Thai and a raw Ravioli dish. Lots of neat sandwiches as well (try the Meltdown), and all breads are gluten-free. Also the last Wednesday of every month is Fondue night.

Counter Culture began as a trailer, but like so many other successful food trucks it’s gone the brick and mortar route.
