Dining Out with Rob Balon adds laV to the Top 20
While I’m positive the outstanding laV on East 7th would have made it to our Top 20 anyway, the unfortunate closing of Paggi House created an opening and laV was the perfect choice.
This is a très elegant French restaurant with a 7,000 bottle wine list, world class sommelier, and a staff and ownership totally dedicated to the fine art of dining. The ambiance is impeccable, and it almost makes me (imagine that) want to put on a sports jacket and dress up. Congratulations to the passionate artisans of laV!
