Dishes Worth Rediscovering

The dish above is the Chicken Schnitzel at Homespun Kitchen and Bar In Dripping Springs. It was and still is a favorite, but its presence on the menu has been inconsistent (the reason for which I can find no ready answers).

If you’re craving a terrific and savory dish, next time you go to this great little bistro ask for Randy and tell him I recommended the Chicken Schnitzel. Who knows? If you fall head over heels as I did upon my first taste, perhaps Homespun will return to their senses and make us all happy!
