District Summer Menu Off and Running
We had a chance to sample some dishes from the Summer menu at the District at Escarpment and Slaughter. The Braised Pork Shoulder is a show stopper with exceptionally tender pork and roasted corn while the Cornish Hen is a smooth tasting delight.
New on the appetizer front is the Grilled Caribbean Marinated Jerk Shrimp with Pineapple. This may be a bit ambitious for some palates, but for those familiar with this style, you’ll love it.
