Dog and Duck Opening Nears

The Dog and Duck has long been one of my favorite comfort food places, so much so that I put them in my Top 11 while they were still building their new store.

Well that new store at 2400 Webberville Road on the East side is getting very close to opening. D&D honcho Susan Forrester tells me things are going great and the doors will open soon.
That is great news because I have been craving my Bubble and Squeak and the Spicy Fried Beans, not to mention the Scotch Eggs with chutney.

It’s like welcoming an old friend back into your life. And I for one can’t wait. They’ve been closed for about a year and it’s time!
