East Side Pies Introduces Pepperoni Stromboli

East Side Pies has been on a roll lately! New North Austin location, a spot at the airport and now … pepperoni stromboli.

They start with their Italian cheese bread dough rolled thin, topped with Grande Whole Milk Mozzarella and filled with Laguera Pepperoni and grated Romano. Then they hearth bake it until the cheese bubbles out, and cut it into 8 sections.

I am keenly anticipating the debut of this item at all their stores beginning Monday, January 28.

There was a reason East Side Pies was at the top position in our last Pizza Wars. That’s why I’m buzzed about the new stromboli!
