French Brasserie Le Vacher Opens on 290 West Near Dripping Springs
I do enjoy French food in both its casual and more sophisticated modalities. The newly opened Le Vacher promises a bit of both.
Chef and owner Jacob Euler has crafted what appears to be a most appealing menu and though he’s opened his new place at a difficult time, I have a feeling that Le Vacher will quickly catch on in the rapidly growing Dripping Springs area.
The Sunday prix fixe brunch with Eggs en Cocotte and the Hatch Chili Chicken are enough to get me started. We’ll check back in with an update after our first tasting!
