Chili To The Left of Me, Chili To The Right of Me.

Judging a Chili cook off can be challenging to the palate. Thus my experience Saturday evening outside DKR Stadium at the Engel & Volkers hospitality tent was a pleasant exception. I had not expected Realtors could be so passionate and enthusiastic about Chili. And talented too.
Every entry was unique and thoughtful in its own way and nobody ramped up the heat (as is almost always the case in these events) to an intolerable level. Thus with palate in tact, I was able to really enjoy the experience: something that doesn’t always happen at cook offs.
