Hoover’s Cooking to License Restaurant at Bergstrom Airport

Hoover Alexander has always been able to deliver that down-home finger-lickin’ good southern style of cuisine at this restaurant on Manor, Hoover’s Cooking. But now the East-side impresario has found a way to bring the dishes at Hoover’s Cooking to Bergstrom International Airport. Hoover has signed a licensing agreement with DNC where he allows him to use his trademarks, and develop new recipes, have menu approval and monitor quality to insure no damage to the Hoover’s brand.

The licensee will do all the hiring and firing, incur all expenses, etc. and share in what appears to be a substantial share of the profit. But I’ll tell you, I could handle getting off a flight from NYC and having some of Hoover’s Hoe Cakes or Smothered Pork Chops waiting for me at the airport! It’s great advertising for the Manor Road hot spot as well.
