Hudson’s on the Bend to Have Last Service Saturday night.

One of Austin’s most iconic restaurants, Hudson’s on the Bend, will have its last service Saturday night. Jeff Blank’s incredible 32-year run will come to an end and he will be sorely missed.
The restaurant will close for a time and will reopen at an undetermined date under new ownership.. Nonetheless, as a tribute to Blank they will remain on our new Top 25 list of fine dining restaurants.
