III Forks Reopens Curbside Takeout with Aplomb
A few weeks ago we regretfully reported that III Forks downtown had suspended their curbside takeout services and deliveries. But almost immediately they began working on a plan to reopen those services as soon as they felt they could safely serve their customers. Then came the announcement late last week that they had resumed services.
So we called up Saturday night and pre-ordered the bone-in ribeyes (of course) from their new curbside menu and all the usual sides including sliced tomatoes and whipped potatoes, and of course the III Forks Salad.
The curbside delivery was flawless and there was ample room to drive up to the restaurant.
Then, the best part: the salad and the tomatoes were still cold when we got home and removed them from the clean, sealed containers and the whipped potatoes and ribeyes were pleasantly warm and delicious.
The end result was a resounding success given it was the first time we’d ever ordered a ribeye to go!
So, to put it tastefully bluntly: what are you waiting for?
