In Search of Breakfast Tacos? Try the Breakfast Quesadillas at Austin Java on 290 West
We’ve all experienced that undeniable craving for a great breakfast taco. Sausage or bacon, eggs, cheese and onions (in my case) along with a zesty salsa, and of course, freshly made and uber-soft flour tortillas.
In the mist of such a craving moment I walked into Austin Java on 290 West. I noticed breakfast quesadillas on the menu and at the recommendation of my server, I gave them a try.
I can only say that the instant flavor rush from the crispy tortillas stuffed with every imaginable breakfast ingredient was quite compelling. Cut into four sections with guacamole, sour cream and their pico de Gallo and housemade salsa on the side, this dish just sizzled with flavor.
So when the breakfast taco urge strikes you, head to Austin Java and order the quesadilla. You will be pleased.
