Juliet Italian Kitchen Reopens
After a brief hiatus, one our favorite Italian spots has reopened. Juliet Italian Kitchen on Barton Springs is back with Exec Jacob Weaver helming the kitchen.
The emphasis has changed a bit according to owner Dan Wilkins as they are trying to be a bit more inclusive with regard to accommodating a wider range of tastes. My wife and her friend had lunch there and very much enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to trying it soon.
