Launderette Already Edging Closer Toward Our Top 20

Used to be that getting into our Top 20 required not only excellence and innovation but time. After my last tasting at Launderette, the most recent collaboration between Rene Ortiz and Laura Sawicki, it’s clear that given the way this spot has hit the ground running, time has become less of a factor.

Launderette exhibits a culinary sophistication and seamless operational style that is frankly remarkable for a place this new. But then again so did Sway. Hmmm……
