When you take a grillmaster with the style and experience that Bill Dumas of Stiles Switch BBQ has and mix that with the culinary chops of former Trio Sous Chef and current Lenoir founder and owner Todd Duplechan, one thing is certain: You’re going to get something special.
Welcome to The Switch at Belterra Village near Dripping Springs.
We’ll see a lot of smoked meats plus some interesting Cajun dishes. And of course, Duplechan’s influences has on what will transpire food-wise cannot be understated. I stopped by a few nights ago and there was already a good crowd. Mercifully it’s only a mile or two from my home in Highpointe.
