Lenoir is a Must-Visit

One of the reasons that Elmar Prambs at Trio, the majordomo of Austin fine dining chefs, has had such longevity is that he knows how to spot talent. Todd Duplechan is a great example. After ably honing his craft under Prambs at Trio, Todd opted out for a new challenge and began Lenoir at 1807 South 1st. With his wife Jessica as his partner, Todd is creating some marvelous and mostly locally-sourced cuisine. This is a must-visit, and we’ll soon be filming a review there.
