Lighthouse Bar-BQ & Grill Opens in Spicewood

The Briarcliff neighborhood near Pedernales Park has been enriched by the opening of the Lighthouse Bar-BQ & Grill. It’s set in a great little spot overlooking an inlet off Lake Travis. We’ve already gotten good reports on this from our Gonzo Gourmet Club members. And the staff seems poised to have killer summer on the lake.

The menu is interesting: I mean who wouldn’t like the idea of Rib Tips (from their Rib platters) and Burnt Ends (choice morsels of brisket) as appetizers along with some enticing sliders.

And on the entrée side, Lighthouse pulls out all the stops. BBQ plates, Burgers, Fried Shrimp, and even Fried Eggplant dish with Bechamel sauce. Oh, and then there are the steaks, featuring strips, sirloins, and ribeyes. And salads for the herbivores.
