Lucy’s Opens 2nd Location on Burnet

I have always enjoyed the proximity of our office on South Congress to Lucy’s Fried Chicken. After suffering through a long stretch where the popular southern tradition virtually disappeared from central Texas menus, Fried Chicken is back with a vengeance, and Lucy’s is one of the better purveyors.

Now the popular joint has opened a 2nd location on Burnet, (512) 514-0664. Good for Burnet which has been historically underserviced for decent chow. Sap’s Fine Thai Cuisine is also opening at 5800 Burnet. So there’s lots of goof new things happening on this historic road.
