The popular local Chinese restaurant chain Mama Fu’s is opening Sunday, November 23rd at 100 Colorado on the corner of Cesar Chavez. The lunch is a fast casual format with a transition to full service for dinner utilizing the same mneu. This is great news for the downtown area which is greatly lacking in Chinese restaurants.
