Max Le: from Vietnamese Restaurant “Le” to “Expert Nails & Spa”

In the “Whatever happened to … ?” category of where restaurant owners go once they close their places, add Max Le. His former restaurant Le was a terrific spot for Pho in Southwest Austin.

But alas, Max had to close. So did he do another restaurant? Nope!

He opened Expert Nails & Spa just behind Kerbey Lane Café off of William Cannon. My wife goes there and he asked about her last name. He was a big KLBJ listener for years and was a fan of our Food Friday program. Always nice to meet a listener and serious foodie as well.

BTW: Max and his crew give great pedicures!!
