Mizu Prime Steaks and Sushi Opens in Lakeway

One of my favorite chefs, Chris Bauer, late of Barton Creek Resort and then Finn and Porter, after several stalled attempts at opening a new place downtown has finally landed at Mizu Prime Steaks and Sushi on RR 620 in Lakeway. Bauer is familiar with making steak, seafood and sushi work and I’m expecting this one to be good. The view is spectacular, that’s for sure. Number is 263-2801 and web is www.mizuaustin.com.
