More Tasting Notes from Sap’s new Krua Thai on South Lamar
This is the Pad Kee Mao with shrimp and whole noodles. As always with Sap, the flavors were stunning but not overwhelmingly spicy. I would also highly recommend the chicken and Shrimp Shumai.
This dish is called the Sizzling Salmon. It’s extraordinarily tasty and laden with both savory and sweeter nuances. Certainly worth trying! By the way, Krua in Thai means kitchen. Frankly I couldn’t think of a better kitchen to eat in than one with Sap at the helm.
