New Fall Bar Menu Items at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is now offering three new bar menu items: Seared Scallops, Gourmet Grilled Cheese, and Slow Cooked Pork Stew. In celebration of these new items, Perry’s will be offering a fall special – 4 items for just $4 each, Mon–Wed after 4pm (limit one of each per person) for the month of October 2011. The fourth item included in this promotion is Perry’s classic Homemade Polish Sausage.

 
Seared Scallops
Scallops are pan-seared, then finished with homemade Prime chorizo,
ground in-house and seasoned with herbs and spices,
and then served with a black bean purée.
 
Gourmet Grilled Cheese
French bread, aged cheddar, and Jarlsberg/Swiss toasted over a hot griddle
with a touch of Perry’s famous Herb-Garlic butter
and served with roasted Holland bell pepper marinara.
 
Slow Cooked Pork Stew
Served with black bean corn relish, avocado and soft flour tortillas,
their smoked pulled pork is slow-cooked over low heat for many hours
and then mixed with a purée of caramelized onions, jalapenos, chilies, and spices.

 
Signature Homemade Polish Sausage
Lean pork and beef sausage made in-house and pecan-smoked
and then served with barbecue sauce.
