After the well-publicized split with his sister, I predicted that the well-traveled Mueller would be back soon. This time it’s the John Muller Meat Co.. Different name but still the best beef ribs I’ve ever tasted. John is a, well, unique kind of guy. He epitomizes the maverick spirit and consummate passion for the craft that the best pit masters have. Here’s hoping he stays put for a while.
