PBK Stem and Stein Humming at Former Location of the European Bistro in Pflugerville

When the European Bistro in Pflugerville closed several years ago, I was sad to see them go. But a new enterprise has arisen in the century old building on 111 East Main Street. It’s called PBK Stem and Stein.

It features live music, craft beers, and southern comfort style cuisine. It draws it’s name from P.B. Knebel who had a tavern in the same location in 1933.
