Promise Pizza Offers Organic and Gluten Free Fare in Round Rock

In what may well be the Austin area’s first organic and environmentally conscious pizza place, Promise Pizza has opened at 1500 A.W Grimes Bld in Round Rock. Take Gattis School Road to A.W. Grimes Blvd. and you are there.

My first taste was quite encouraging: I tried both the thin and thick crusts and found them to be crispy and with lost of texture. The pies themselves were tasty as were the cinnamon knots for dessert. Promise Pizza also offers gluten-free and dairy-free vegan pies.
