Rob’s Recommendations for Mother’s Day Dining

Looking for the perfect place to treat mom to a nice Mother’s Day meal? Below are some of my favorite recommendations for Mother’s Day dining in the Austin area.

JULIET ITALIAN KITCHEN
Juliet is a perennial favorite for Mother’s Day celebrations. Its warm, charming atmosphere and classic Italian-American cuisine are always a hit.

RUSSIAN HOUSE
Mother’s Day is the time to give your mom a real treat. Russian House is offering a brunch buffet featuring a huge choice of lovely food, warm family atmosphere and refreshing drinks. The buffet is only $35 per adult, $15 for kids under 12, and free for children under 7. And did I mention the unlimited mimosas for only $5?

THE OASIS
This year’s Mother’s day brunch buffet at The Oasis on Lake Travis promises to be excellent as always. We’re told the reservations are almost full, so call fast! And if by chance it sells out (as it almost always does), you and mom can still enjoy the expansive regular menu (and one of the best views in Austin, too!)

CAFE BLUE
Brunch at Café Blue is always a treat, but their mother’s day spread is really something special. This year’s mother’s day brunch is priced at $41.95 for adults and $15.95 for children.
