The buffet is available for lunch (including a Dosa station, where the famous wrappers made of black lentils and rice batter are custom made for you). Fare includes both southern and northern dishes and as usual, from what I’ve experienced from Vir’s restaurants (Star of India, as well) the tastes are authentic and spot-on. The Cabbage Baji alone is worth the visit.
