Salty Sow Opens on Manor

The seriously talented team behind Moonshine and Hopdoddy is at it again with the Salty Sow (Austin’s ongoing infatuation with all things porcine) on Manor Road at the site of the former Red House Pizzeria. Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso, and the two newly-minted gazillionaires from the sale of Eddie V’s have come up with a new concept. My advice to the discerning diner or investor for that matter: don’t bet against them. The location has housed more than a few failed restaurants but that’s not going to bother these guys. I’ll report next week on my first impressions.
