Searsucker Opens at Former Site of Maria Maria

Top Chef veteran chef Brian Malarkey has opened Searsucker at 415 Colorado. The classic American cuisine menu features everything from a gigantic Tomahawk steak ($75) to their famous “two-handed” burger.

This is the third Searsucker with the two earlier stores located in San Jose and Scottsdale.

Colorado St. has been ravaged by city construction for the past 20 months, and as you might imagine, a lot of the restaurants have been down in their revenues. The result: a sidewalk that is ten feet wider! Wow. Let’s hope that Searsucker, Sullivans, Frank, Imperia, and all the good restaurants there will benefit from this.
