I’ve always had a great admiration for Parind Vora. Any guy that can walk away from a residency in Urology to open a restaurant, and a damned good one at that (Jezebel) gets extra bonus points for opening up a companion restaurant called Simplicity Wine and Eats. The idea behind Simplicity is small plates and tapas along with beer and wine. Prices are reasonable and isn’t that a pleasant surprise?
