Soleil Opens Next to Oasis Atop Lake Travis

There’s something big brewing out at the Oasis. Uber chef Robert del Grande from Houston (Café Annie) has partnered with Beau Theriot and Bob Schultz to open Soleil, an upscale Mediterranean adjacent to the legendary Oasis atop Lake Travis. The restaurant had its soft opening on November 15th and is ramping up its full menu. Also on board is sous chef George Thomas, late of the Paggi House and Imperia.

Del Grande is well known in national restaurant circles and has had a hand in many cuisine innovations. Café Annie was voted best restaurant in Houston by Food and Wine Magazine.
