Soto Japanese/Sushi Opens in Lakeline Mall

Far north Austin has been a bit arid with regard to Japanese/Sushi places. No longer! Soto in Lakeline Mall opened 10 days ago, and this place appears to have some serious cred. Chef Andy, all of 28-years-old worked under the legendary Masaharu Morimoto in Philadelphia, and has immediately put his imprimatur on this place with dishes that have killer presentations and seriously good tastes.

On top of that, Andy is an extremely outgoing and cordial young man (something one does not always see in Sushi chefs) which will only bode well for Soto.
