Swift’s Attic on Congress to Open Apr. 16th

Posted by on Mar 28, 2012 in Openings

The buzz on this place has been nothing short of amazing, and it’s been growing since the fall. And it ticks me off that we’ll be out of town for the soft opening the first week of April. But you put C.K. Chin at the front of any house with Stuart Thomajan and his partners (Paggi House) involved, and something good is bound to happen.

On Congress, at the site of the former Kyoto, Swift’s Attic has been billed as a modern American small plates restaurant and bar. The touch of Chefs Matt Clouser (Uchi, Kenichi) and Zack Northcutt (Jean’s Luc’s, Cibo) will be evident. The interior design flair of Leslie Fossler will also be evident.

I am very anxious to try this place as any foodie would be. Look for my initial report soon and bon chance to Swift’s Attic.
