The Bonneville Opens at Site of Former Taste on Cesar Chavez

Under the helm of Chef Chris Hurley, the Bonneville recently opened at 202 W. Cesar Chavez at the site of the former Taste. It’s a relief to once again have a restaurant in that space. The cuisine is New American with an emphasis on sustainability and local products where possible.

Hurley and his wife run the restaurant which features dishes like Creamy Bacon and Egg Ravioli bated in brown butter and Parmegiano Reggiano and a Grilled Hangar Steak with Boulanger Potatoes, Wilted Bitter Greens, and Charred Tomato Butter.
