The League Kitchen & Tavern Opens 3rd location in Belterra Village on 290W near Dripping Springs
I’m very happy to see one of my Lakeway favs, The League Kitchen & Tavern opening in the new Belterra Center on Highway 290 near Dripping Springs.
We dined at the soft opening Thursday night and felt right at home once we saw the famous Atlantic City Mural. Equally comfortable was their terrific chicken pot pie (love those English peas) and their trademark fish and chips in a batter even Sir Winston himself would have loved.
Then the onion rings were crisp, dense and delicious and the lobster sliders were another treat.

There was more we didn’t get only because of the “tilt” light going off in my brain. Damn, I’m glad to see The League back in my hood. This is very cool comfort food!
