Trio: Austin’s Best Sunday Brunch Gets Better

The Sunday brunch at Trio at the Four Seasons has long been our favorite. The good news is it’s gotten even better.

Last Sunday, the new items were readily apparent and equally tasty. The Sushito Pepper dish was delightful. And then the new take on Eggs Benedict. Add bacon and guacamole along with the egg and hollandaise, and you have to have at least a couple.
