Wild Kitchen + Bar To Open off Hwy 71 at the former site of Hill Country Golf and Guitars

Meet Lindsey and Colby Crelia. They are bringing a new dining concept to the Austin Hill Country – Wild Kitchen + Bar. They have chosen as their location the former Hill Country Golf and Guitar off Highway 71 just west of Hamilton Pool Road.

The menu is aiming at family friendly fare, featuring wild game and fresh produce from local purveyors. An exec chef is on board and things are moving forward. The mini golf course from the former restaurant will remain and should be a big draw for kids and parents alike.

The best news is that this is NOT a chain. Colby and Lindsey will be owner operators and the vibe will be local! We’ll have more on the chef and the anticipated cuisine as Wild Kitchen + Bar moves toward its opening, hopefully in early summer. Stay tuned!
